I've switched three companies to Trinet from Gusto. Gusto messed up all our state filings. Trinet handles it all for you. Trinet literally cut our benefits cost per employee in half AND improve benefits by cutting max out of pocket and deductibles all in half. We were able to reinvest those savings to save both company and employees money. Their startup efforts aren't small and somewhat manual vs. what they tell you, but it is well worth it. The only other downside is they run payroll earlier than Gusto so a day less of time to fill out payroll changes. Other than that they are by far the best decision I've ever made while running HR Ops. They help keep us compliant and take the worry away. They have a recruiting platform, background checks, expense reimbursement module, etc. Very strong offering. I highly recommend it.
